Senior Auditor (fin svcs, pub acctg) | Washington, DC

As a Senior Auditor, your work entails:

  • Running the show. We are talking about client engagements from start to finish. This includes all aspects of financial statement preparation, internal staffing of engagements, project scheduling and budgeting, planning of the engagement, and related administrative functions.
  • Supervising, training, and mentoring staff and interns on audit process and assess performance of staff for engagement reviews.
  • Maintaining an exceptional relationship with clients to increase customer happiness and working with client management and staff at all levels to perform audit services. You are a key factor to growing our firm.

New Business Development Lead (staffing) | New York, NY

We need a sales person who is a HUNTER!!!   We are looking for the Heavy Hitters who work directly with the decision makers; direct sales to executive level mgmt.  Candidates experienced working with clients in: Health Tech, Biotech, Medical Devices, Clinical/Hospital, Life Sciences type of accounts are preferred!  Are you a strong producer who can make it happen?  Are you capable of bringing in new clients on a monthly basis?   100% outside sales / new business development for a consulting firm in the Empire State Building area.  We need someone experienced and skilled with OUTSIDE SALES... BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT...  out of the box thinking... roll up sleeves... knock on doors... cold calling/smiling & dialing... bring in proposals. 

We need talented people in: Sales, Hunting, New Business Development from nothing… from zero… they must grow the business, cold calling, conferences, networking, etc.  Must be great at research and opening doors from scratch.  Our client would like to find someone that has sold millions annually. Prefer a candidate who has relationships with healthcare/medical clients in New York City. We need someone who can get to the decision makers, close the deal, and bring the job orders back to the recruiters.  The person in this role will be selling to C-suite/C Level Executives.  We are looking for a candidate who can sell and bring in new accounts.  We are looking for someone who can land new accounts, and take accounts from Zero to Hero.  The role is not so much about managing accounts only, but is more about finding/creating/developing new business in a sales focused manner. 

New Business Development Lead (staffing) | Chicago, IL

We are currently hiring several sales focused individuals coming from a recruitment background that can also do the business development and sales/account management piece.  We are looking for people who are either 100% focused on business development, or some split between bizdev and recruitment.  This position would help build up and build out the team and the division. Open for both individual contributors and/or mgmt/leadership candidates – willing to be a hands-on player/coach.
